The Past is in the Earth: Continued Discoveries in the City of David

During the British Mandate period, discoveries continued in the ancient City of David with the archaeological expeditions of Macalister, Duncan, Crowfoot and Fitzgerald. These excavations revealed the stepped stone structure in Area G, a massive wall west of the City of David, and many other rich findings.
